SalesWin is operated by Zeus Global, a business name registered in Ireland under the Registration of Business Names Act 1963 (CRO no. 739401). For the purposes of EU/UK data protection law, the operator of Zeus Global acts as the data processor for customer data and as the data controller for account-level information you provide directly. Account information you provide directly (name, email, company), product usage telemetry (page views, feature interactions), and the CRM data you connect for analysis (Salesforce, HubSpot).
To deliver the product, generate forecast intelligence on the data you authorize, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data, and we don't use customer pipeline data to train shared models.
Customer data is hosted on AWS. We are migrating EU customers to Ireland (eu-west-1) as part of our data residency programme. See /security for current state.
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@saleswin.io.
